First PAAET Inc. Officers Meeting

On June 16, 2023, at the Conference Room/Dining Room of LIM DYNASTY ASIA CAFE Restaurant, located at 1708 Callahan Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee 37912, came together the Members of the Board of Directors and the Officers of PHILIPPINE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF EAST TENNESSEE, INC., a duly authorized NON-PROFIT Corporation chartered in the State of Tennessee, formed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, and doing business in the State of Tennessee as a Non-Profit Corporation. Present at the Third Organizational Meeting, for the purpose of fmther conducting the Organizational business of the Non-Profit Corporation, were the following Incorporators: Roger D. Hyman, Esq., Orlino Baldonado.

Also present at the Third Organizational Meeting, for the purpose of conducting the Organizational business of the Corporation, were the following Initial Members (who were each also present at the Initial Meeting of the Corporation on May 19, 2023, and also at the [first] Organizational Meeting of the Corporation on May 25, 2023 ), and four of whom were also present at the [Second] Organizational Meeting of the Corporation on June 9, 2023): Michael Rose, Orlino Baldonado, Estrella Baldonado, Roger D. Hyman, Elsa Hyman.
